WANT TO SWAP OUR FAMILY HOME IN BALI WITH HOUSE FREMANTLE-MURDOCH AREA IN AUGUST |

Reliable, tidy couple with 17 months old daughter wishes to swap our spacious, comfortable family home in Bali (Sanur) with a house somewhere between Fremantle and Murdoch for the month of August 2011. We are moving to Perth from September and need a place to stay while we look for a house.
Our house in Bali has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, huge kitchen/lounge, large office, small gym with weights + running machine, front terrace, dining/sunbathing terrace, play terrace, small garden and 50-100cc motorbike. It is fully equipped for a baby/toddler with baby bed, baby bath, pram, safety gates, safe play area, toys etc. We have two maids that will keep the house spotless and a nanny that can look after your child. We live 5 mins drive from Sanur beach and 20 mins from Kuta/Seminyak. August is dry season with little rain and cool-ish (21-25) weather.
We prefer to swap with a child friendly house that has a baby bed etc, as well as an internet connection, but any offer will be considered. We don't smoke, are very clean and reliable and would leave your house in perfect condition.
